“The Times They Are A-Changin’”(*)

We often use the Present Perfect to talk about change that has happened over a period of time.

Today you are going to choose something that has changed over time (a city or place, some type of technology, food industry,  environment, global issues,  schools, families, sports, etc). Through writing  (120 words ) and images shared on a Drive document, you are going to write about how that thing used to be and how it has changed today.

WRITING PLAN

a. Paragraph 1–Introduction: introduce your topic, why have you chosen it?
b. Paragraph 2–Past tense: how it used to be.
c. Paragraph 3—Present perfect: how it has changed today.
