A letter to Malala.

We watched the video about Malala and we all answered the  questions Emily prepared. So, now we are going to write a letter toMalala-Yousafzai Malala in your blog .  Your letter is going to have several parts:

  1. Greeting.  It usually starts with the word ‘Dear’ followed by the  name of the person and it ends with a comma. Two examples are : ‘Dear Arnau,’ ‘Dear Roser,’.
  2. Introduction . This is the opening of a letter. It can include greetings like ‘How are you?’. In this case, you are also going to talk about you. You have to write your first name, age , what you do and what you  like doing.
  3. BodyThis is the main body of the letter. It includes the message the writer wants to tell. It is often divided into paragraphs.  This time you are going to write three paragraphs. In the first one, explain what you did in your last session with Emily. In the second one, you are going to write what you answered to question nr 10: what do you think about Malala’s life? In the third one,  two questions you would like to ask Malala in case she came to IES JM Quadrado one day.
  4. ClosingThis part indicates the letter is going to end.  It is where you say goodbye and it ends with a comma. Some examples are: ‘Yours sincerely,’ ‘Best regards,’ ‘Love,’: “Yours truly,”, “Your friend,”, “All the best,”, Take care,“See you soon,”.
  5. Signature. Your signature.
